NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 3-310(B), Petitioner hereby requests a hearing on September 1, 2126, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard on the ultimate merits of Petitioner’s Verified Petition for Writ of Humor, which alleges violations of the California Ludicrous Actions Act (Code section 1984 et seq.).
Following the filing of this Notice of Humor and Motion for Corrective Posture, any party may apply to the Court to establish a briefing schedule and hearing date for argument on the frivolously humorous action. Robin Williams v. Jerry Seinfeld (2014) 186 Cal.App.4th 429, 442 (citing Assn. for Senseless Incoherence at California, Inc. v. Inconfident Community Inaction Committee, Ltd. (2001) 122 Cal.App.4th 1289, 1294).
PROCEDURAL POSTURE: Crooked.
This hearing SHALL be a dispositive event.
Any issues not resolved at the hearing shall remain unresolved until such time as the Court feels the matter is ripe for resolution. The Court may proceed, may decline to proceed, may appear to proceed without proceeding, or may reserve the right to determine at a later date whether to proceed, all in its sole discretion. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 1313.13.)
